Sensory Safe Autism
Our Mission
A more comfortable way to watch - Adapting screen environments so autistic kids can safely explore, learn, and relax online.
Screens aren't the enemy. Dangerous app design is. Unpredictable volume spikes, rapid visual cuts, and infinite scrolling can quickly overwhelm a sensitive nervous system. When a child has a meltdown after short-form content usage, it isn't bad behavior, but a stressed sensory response asking for help.
We don't believe in device bans or parental guilt. Instead, we give parents, teachers, and caregivers quick, 5-minute fixes to tweak hidden device settings and turn chaotic video feeds into calm, regulated experiences that won't lead to distressed behavior.
What We Stand For
Fix the Environment
Fix the Environment, Not the Child: We target buried settings like decibel caps and motion reduction to stop triggers at the source.
Replace Guilt with Action
Post-screen meltdowns are neurological responses. We give you practical, step-by-step tools that actually work.
True Digital Accessibility
Accessibility shouldn't stop at ramps and headphones—it belongs in our digital spaces, too.
